Muzeek's unique design provides an easy way for Confirming your shows.
Bookings are the private offers, deal terms, paperwork and arrangements you've made with someone else, which are included in an Event. Instead of manually changing "Pending" to "Confirmed" on your Calendar, you send out dynamic, branded offers to the other person via email which they can confirm with one click.
The other person doesn't need a Muzeek account, and there's no friction between them receiving or confirming a booking with you.
Events may include multiple or separate Bookings, but the Bookings themselves are inherently private and unique.
Here's How Creating a Booking Works:
Add a New Booking
Anywhere you see the "+" icon, you can click it to create a new booking offer; whether it be the Quick Action button, on a Calendar date square, inside an Event, or on the bookings list page - creating bookings is super simple:
Assign Booking to an Event
Add an Event name that the booking is associated with - this can be an existing Event or a new one. (For example: "Album Launch" or "Fridays @ The Corner Hotel" or "Northwest Tour.")
Note: Existing Events will surface as you type, or you can add a new Event title if the Event doesn't exist yet:
Enter the Booking Contact
Enter the Contact details of the person you're doing the Booking with. The contact should be the other person/entity involved, such as a talent buyer, promoter, etc. Make sure the email and name are correct as this will be how they Confirm the Booking when you send it out.
Note: These should be the other person or entity's details, not your own.

Add Deal Terms
Add in any Deal Terms that are relevant for this booking such as hourly rates, guarantees, ticket splits or door deals. You can also add in a Set Time if it's relevant to the deal. These terms will automatically feed into your paperwork, including Contracts!
Note: As you add/subtract Deal Terms, your Paperwork (including Contracts, Worksheets and Advances) will automatically update in real time. Even if you add any new Paperwork templates to the Booking after you've added the Deal Terms, they'll populate automatically!
Send for Confirmation
Preview the booking summary and send it out for confirmation:
Note: once sent, the recipient can now Confirm or Decline the booking on their end (they can also place the Booking on a Hold, if they use Muzeek as well.)
Your Calendar will automatically update in real time, and your team will always be up to date without the need to manually change statuses.
Further, if you upgrade to our Pro, Premium or Enterprise Plans, you can remove the Muzeek Branding from these Booking confirmation emails and summary pages.
That's it! You can now send out Bookings quickly and easily. 😁
