One of the benefits of using a Roster is the ability to manage multiple Calendars/accounts at once, while having the ability to send out (or receive) bookings on behalf of them under one roof. This keeps branding consistent, as you may be an agency managing artists or a venue group managing venues, and you'll likely one to do everyone from one master account.
Here's how it works:
First, make sure you're logged in to your master Collective account that owns the Roster:
2. Anywhere you see the blue "+" icon, you can create a booking. Bookings are the private confirmations, deal terms, paperwork and arrangements you've made with someone else, which are included in an Event. More about Bookings and Events here.
3. Important: Use the top dropdown in the booking window to select who the Booking is for. By using the booking dropdown, it will specifically assign that account to the booking, payment and Calendar:
4. Enter the Contact details of the person you're doing the Booking with. Remember: this is the other person or entity's details, not your own or the Rostered account's details. The account in your Roster will automatically receive the information because you're doing the action on behalf of them. The Contact should be the other person/entity involved, such as a talent buyer, promoter, etc. Make sure the email and name are correct as this will be how they Confirm the Booking.
5. Add in any Deal Terms that are relevant for this Booking. You can add your Paperwork (Contracts, Worksheets and Advances) that you have created earlier here by clicking the "folder icon".
6. Preview your Booking Summary before you send to ensure you have all the correct contact details and booking specifics entered.
Further, if you upgrade to our Pro, Premium or Enterprise Plans, you can remove the Muzeek Branding from these Booking confirmation emails and summary pages as well as unlock more extensive deal terms for your bookings.
That's it! You can now send out Bookings quickly and easily on behalf of accounts in your Roster! 😁
