Save time by automatically creating Moshtix tickets from events while you’re working in Muzeek. You’ll never have to manually create a ticket in the Moshtix dashboard again – say goodbye to multiple platforms and double handling!

You can now connect with Moshtix to automate ticket building, ticket reports, sales analytics, and more! πŸŽ‰

Here's How to Connect Your Moshtix Account

Head to your Moshtix Dashboard and obtain your Moshtix Client ID by viewing it on the top left side of your screen:

Next, generate your Moshtix API token by clicking on the API Keys option of your Dashboard, and then click the green Add Key button:

When adding a name for the API Key, we recommend simply "Muzeek".

Then click Create Key to generate your Moshtix API key. For more information about generating your Moshtix key, they have a helpful article about it here.

Once you obtain both your Moshtix Client ID and secret API token key from the Moshtix dashboard, enter them into your Muzeek settings under the Integrations tab:

(Your API token is the same as the API key, we just name it a token on our end.)

Click Save at the top of the Muzeek settings page, and you're done! Your Muzeek account is now connected and syncing to your Moshtix account.

Importing Your Existing Moshtix Events

Once you're connected to Moshtix, you can easily import your existing events that are already inside Moshtix and add them to Muzeek.

Simply click the Import button inside of your Integrations tab under the Moshtix section, and we'll pull in your existing Events from Moshtix. Simply select the events you wish to Import and click Import Selected:

Once your events are Imported, they'll be synced directly with each other and any info you change inside of Muzeek or inside of Moshtix will update the other one automatically. (You should really only need to Import your events from Moshtix one time, and then all new/future events will be created in Muzeek as you're working normally.)

Automating Your Ticket Building

The first set of options you can toggle include automatically defaulting Moshtix as your ticketing option when you create Muzeek events, and also enabling the ability to Publish/Unpublish events to Moshtix from inside of Muzeek. These options will apply to all of your events once they're toggled:

From this point onwards, you should only be creating the events you want inside of Muzeek, and they'll now build inside of Moshtix as you work! You'll never need to create the events manually inside of Moshtix any longer.

Inside of every Muzeek event, you'll now see the option to add ticketing from Moshtix in the Ticketing & Attendance section:

You can even create pre-made Templates inside of Moshtix that automatically includes specific ticketing details you use often!

As you enter your typical event details inside Muzeek, we'll automatically create the exact event inside Moshtix as you're working. Once saved, the ticket pricing, quantity, availability and more will automate into your Moshtix account and sync 100% accurate data between our two platforms.

Automate Sales Data and Ticket Reports

Once tickets are set and the event is ready to Announce/Publish, your Muzeek integration will automatically pull back sales data from your Moshtix account and sync directly into your Muzeek event - we'll even pull in the on-sale public link from Moshtix for you to share with your team and collaborators:

Even better? We're automatically assembling Event Reports for you and your team as the tickets are on sale. Simply click on the More button and click View Report to view, share or download the event report with automated sales data, which updates in real-time directly from Moshtix:

You can also share the On-Sale Public Link from Moshtix, which will automatically appear for you inside the Ticketing section of your Muzeek Event. This is helpful when the collaborators you're working with want to help promote or market the event, and you don't need to login to Moshtix directly to copy it:

The Moshtix integration is available for all Premium and Enterprise Plans.
