Muzeek integrates with the world's most popular and secure payments platform, Stripe, to keep your personal banking information secure and automate payments.
Whether you're a venue, promoter, talent buyer, an artist or even an agency, the hassle of manually sending invoices, requesting payment details or receiving invoices for manual processing is now automated for you, allowing you to get paid and manage payments quicker.
Connecting to Stripe
First, let's get you connected with Stripe:
Head to your Settings page under the Money and Banking section
Click Add payment details & Connect to Stripe
Follow the prompts to either create a new Stripe account, or connect to your existing Stripe account.
Once done, you'll see a Complete tag in your Money and Banking section:
Generating Settlements and Invoices
Every time a booking is confirmed, Muzeek will automatically generate a booking Settlement for you. Once you Approve the Settlement, an Invoice will generate and become available. (Remember: you can't create an invoice manually; a booking must be confirmed, and a settlement/invoice will generate automatically!)
Each invoice is hosted via Stripe, will include your payment details, and can even be paid digital via over 35 different methods, including Debit Card, Credit Card, ACH transfer and more:
Note: Stripe charges a small fee for processing payments, usually between 2-3%.
Requesting Payment Details from Others
In your Payments section, you will see a multitude of options depending on each booking arrangement; you can even request someone else's payment details directly:
Viewing, Sending and Sharing Settlements/Invoices
You can easily view, send or share invoices, including downloading PDF versions. You can also mark invoices as paid manually, if they pay you (or you pay them) outside of Muzeek:
The Muzeek and Stripe integration is available for all plans, and you can easily visit your Stripe Dashboard natively, if you want to adjust any additional settings.
