Muzeek's deep roster permissions allow you to tailor the level of information you share with others you collaborate and/or partner with. Any account that has been invited to join a Roster can allow "Full Access" or "Restricted Access", including what booking and event information is relayed back to the Collective you've joined. (More information on Rosters can be found here.)
This is particularly valuable for accounts that are affiliated with third party Rosters that book and create events on their behalf (usually reserved for agencies working on behalf of artists, or promoters working on behalf of venues). Using this feature, you're generally allowing that account to make actions for you, where internal details may or may not be collaborated on.
In some cases you may be a part of multiple Rosters, meaning you allow more than one account to book and create events on your behalf. In this case, you wouldn't want to expose private booking/event information with one another, or, information you've added directly that may not involve them.

Granting Restricted Access to Bookings and Events
Restricted Access (Default)
With Restricted Access, the Collective account with access to your account will not have permission to see or edit bookings and events created by you or other Collectives you're associated with. Instead, they would only be able to see and edit their own bookings and events they have created for you on your behalf, with a very minimal, "read-only view" of Events you've created directly. This helps when Collaborating one dates to ensure no double-bookings happen, but withholding any sensitive details about those Events.
Example Views for a Collective with Restricted Access to Bookings & Events
Let's explore a scenario of when granting restricted access may be the best option, and what others see when information is restricted to them:
The venue Bam Bams works with an external promoter called Muzeek Agency and joins their Collective so they can book events into Bam Bams
In their settings, Bam Bams has granted the Muzeek Agency with Restricted Access to their Events and Bookings
Muzeek Agency now has access to view the calendar of Bam Bams but can only interact with Events they create directly. For Events that are not created by Muzeek Agency, they'll only view basic, read-only Event details such as the date, location, start and finish time, and whether it's Announced or Unannounced. (This helps with not conflicting with other Events that may be taking place at the venue already, without exposing sensitive details about them.)
Muzeek Agency will also be unable to see any booking information inside Events that are not theirs.
This is what Muzeek Agency will see for an Event they didn't create:
Granting Full Access to Bookings and Events
Full Access (Optional)
If you choose to grant Full Access, the Collective will be able to view and edit all Event and Booking information within your account, including what other Collectives create. You should only do this when you're confident that exposing any sensitive details is acceptable, such as an individual venue sharing details with their ownership group, or an artist sharing details with an agency with exclusive rights.
Example Views for a Collective with Full Access to Bookings & Events
Bam Bams is owned by a venue group called Rooster Punk and has joined their Roster, granting Full Access. Since Rooster Punk owns the venue outright, it makes sense to allow all Booking and Event information to be shared between these two accounts.
Rooster Punk now has access to view the calendar of Bam Bams and can also interact with Event and Booking details directly, even ones created by Muzeek Agency.
This is what Rooster Punk will see, even for an Event they didn't create:
That's it! The best option for you may depend on how you wish to run your account.
