Setting a Default Contact for Bookings

You can set an account’s default contact for booking confirmations and incoming requests

A common question we receive is: "When someone submits a booking request, can it be sent to a certain email address with or without changing the main email address?"

On Muzeek, if an account has multiple users associated to it, it's easy to set who the default user is and who to receive incoming booking requests.

Here's how:

2. Navigate to the "Default Contact"


3. Select the user from the dropdown to whoever you'd like to receive the incoming requests.

3. Hit Save.

That's it! Now that person will be alerted and receive any incoming booking requests.
