If you're associated with a Collective (such as an agency or venue group for example), you can easily share your Private Calendar notes with them to Collaborate easier together and with more transparency.

​Here's how it works:

1. Head to Settings under the Privacy tab

2. Scroll down to "Collectives & Rosters" you're associated with

3. Toggle the "Share Calendar Notes" option On or Off.

If you decide to share your Private Calendar Notes, all notes made on your calendar will also be viewable on the master Collective's calendar also.

Once Notes are shared, the Collective can also see who added the note and at what time. If you decide to turn shared notes off, any note you've ever shared will instantly remove from the Collective's calendar as well.
