Add Contacts & Custom CRM Note Fields

Manage your personal contacts and store private notes, info and any other useful details you'd like to uniquely add for quick reference.

With Muzeek's Contacts section, you can add the Contacts you frequently work with, while also adding any unique fields or info you want to reference in the future.

Here's how it works:

  1. Go to "Contacts" in your main panel

  2. Click the Add New Contact button

3. Enter the Full Name of the Contact 

4. Enter their Email address

5. Select the Type of Contact (Band, DJ, Venue, Promoter, Agency etc.)

6. Enter the display/account name for the new Contact.

7. Hit Save

Removing Contacts

To remove a Contact from your list:

  1. Click on the Contact you wish to remove 

  2. Click the "..." icon from the side panel, above the Contact's account name

  3. Select "Remove from Contacts" from the menu (example below)


Custom CRM Note Fields

Once the Contact is added, you'll see it appear on the right pane when you click it.
On this pane, you can visit the Contact's public profile page, and even create a booking with them in one click!


Each Contact pane has an option to add "Custom Note" fields to your Contacts. These fields are entirely private; only users on your own account can see this info, which might include things like Phone Numbers, Deal Term preferences, previous show notes or other useful details you frequently rely on. 

NOTE: The Custom Note field titles will be replicated for each Contact when you add them, but the content of each field will be unique to that Contact. Everything saves automatically, as you type!

To remove any Custom Fields, simply click the little trash icon inside the title of the field (remember: this will delete the field for all Contacts).

These new Contact enhancements and CRM fields are available on every plan on Muzeek - including our free Lite Plan.

NOTE: You can only add Contacts who you frequently work with individually at the moment, however, a "Bulk Import Contacts" feature soon as well! We'll keep you posted on that when it's ready to use.
