With just one click, you can now seamlessly automate ticket building and event creation with your Eventbrite account, saving a ton of double-handling.

Furthermore, this integration effortlessly reduces the degree of error by efficiently allowing accurate event data to flow directly to your ticketing provider.

Syncing your account

You'll find the option to sync your Eventbrite account in Settings under the "Integrations" Tab

  1. Ensure you have an active Eventbrite account to complete the integration.

  2. Follow the easy steps and allow Muzeek to access your Eventbrite account.

Once connected, you'll notice that you have options to set your default settings for the integration, such as automatically announcing events in Eventbrite and making it the default ticketing provider for all of your events inside Muzeek:

Creating Tickets

You are now ready to allocate dynamic ticketing options for your event. Simply work as normal inside your Muzeek events; set the quantity of tickets available, price, capacity, etc. - you can create as many ticket types as you like.

Once you have finalized your event details, simply click "Save." This will automatically create an event in Eventbrite based on data entered from the original source in Muzeek including all ticketing allocations previously created.

In your Events list, you can quickly and easily view which of your events are synced and talking directly with Eventbrite.

Creating Eventbrite Templates

You can even set up long-standing templates within Eventbrite that you constantly use, and Muzeek will allow you to choose which template you'd like to create tickets with.

For example: you can create a "Saturday Nights" template inside Eventbrite, and each time you're ready to create and announce a new Event in Muzeek, simply select the "Saturday Nights" selection from your ticketing dropdown and Muzeek will automatically pull in the ticketing tiers associated with that template.

To designate a template in Eventbrite, create a Draft event inside Eventbrite and include "[TEMPLATE]" in the title, including the brackets. (Note: this is also case sensitive, so your draft MUST include [TEMPLATE] in the title and be saved as a Draft inside Eventbrite in order for Muzeek to recognize it as a template.)

Automated Ticketing Reports

When someone purchases a ticket on Eventbrite, your ticket sales automatically flow back into Muzeek and your sales reports update in real time.

Automating Facebook Events

Eventbrite allows you to then push your Events from Eventbrite directly into Facebook Events. To do this, follow these steps:

Eventbrite also has a helpful article to follow to help you create Facebook Events via their platform. (Best to contact Eventbrite support if you have any trouble here, as we don't manage this specific feature.)

The Eventbrite integration requires an active Eventbrite account and an active Premium Plan on Muzeek.
