Every Muzeek plan comes with the ability to block out times within a date, or an entire date, so that others can't request bookings that conflict with unavailability. Confirmed bookings will also automatically deter other bookings or requests during that specified time, to ensure no double bookings can happen.
Managing Your Availabilities
Each calendar date square has an "Availability" option in the top right menu. You can easily toggle which times of the day (or the entire day itself) that you are unavailable to book:
Remember: you are assumed to be available unless a specific time is blocked off, so there's only a need to declare when you're unavailable to others. (Confirmed bookings will automatically render you unavailable for whatever the booking set time is - not the entire Event time.)
Once a time is made unavailable, any methods of requesting a booking with you will be prevented from others who use your embeds and public links (or who use Muzeek to send Confirmations).

Toggling Availabilities for Accounts in a Roster
In the calendar view, you can easily Close/Open off dates for your master collective account or an individual account inside your Roster - making it more intuitive when planning, scheduling and booking shows.
When a user on your Roster signs in to their own account and marks a number of dates unavailable on their calendar, it will close off the date restricting this date to be booked. It will not only display in their own calendar for their team to view, but in your master collective account also.
This workflow is available for Pro, Premium and Enterprise plans on Muzeek.ย
