Set Times
Each booking has the option to include set times if the definitive time of the booking is known. It can be toggled "on" or "off" when setting the deal terms of a booking. Simply turn it "on" and choose what times to start and finish.
Set Length
You can add or view Set Lengths inside bookings as well, which will automatically calculate when you add Set Times. If you just want to add a Length (without a time specifically) you can simply input the Length and leave the actual Set Time fields blank.
Here's how it works:
Set Lengths will automatically display in the booking summary of your Contracts, Worksheets, Tech Specs, Settlements and other relevant documents as well.
Even better, if you select any relevant deal terms (such as an "Hourly Rate") your Settlements will automatically calculate the Payment amounts based on your Set Times and Length!
