The ability to generate automated Event Reports is one of the most popular features on our Premium Plan. With this feature, Event Reports automatically generate for every Event you do and can be shared or viewed in real-time, as things happen, removing the manual process of compiling and emailing everyone updates.
Best of all, Event Reports can include dynamic sections that you can toggle on/off, which is helpful when customizing your Reports to only display the sections you wish to share.

Simply click the Settings wheel on the top of each report when you open them and toggle each section on or off:
For example, if you wish to only show tickets sales, or you would like to view the event notes & comments and event flyer only - simply toggle 'On or Off' each section within the settings wheel icon.
Once you've set up how you'd like each report to look, these can then be shared externally via an unique URL, sent via email to external contacts, or simply viewed internally by users with permission. Any changes made to these reports will update automatically in real time.
So send the Reports out via email, click the "airplane" icon on the top of the Report, and you'll see a field to add in emails:
