Syncing your Muzeek Calendar with iCal, Google or Outlook ensures that all Announced Events easily appear on any of your personal Calendars.

The sync is designed so that you keep your work organized inside Muzeek - from notes, Holds, and negotiations - and when an Event is Announced, that's when it will also appear on your personal Calendar to access. This helps to keep work centralized to one place (inside Muzeek) and declutter your personal Calendars with scattered information.

Note: this feature is only available on our Pro or Premium Plans, and will only sync your event info specifically, including a lineup.

First, Copy Your Unique URL

To sync your Calendars, click the sync icon at the top of your Muzeek Calendar:

When the modal window appears, please ensure the timezone you're in is accurate using the Timezone dropdown.

Then, copy the yellow Calendar URL code in the grey box; you'll be pasting that link in your respective personal Calendar. Depending on which Calendar you use, there are unique steps for each:

For Google Calendar Users

  1. Navigate to Other Calendars on the left panel and click the "+" icon

  2. Click From URL in the dropdown

  3. Paste the link in the "URL of calendar" field and click Add Calendar

For iCal Users

  1. Navigate to File and choose New Calendar Subscription

  2. Paste your unique Calendar URL and click Subscribe

  3. Adjust any personal preferences, such as Auto-Refresh (we recommend choosing "Every 5 minutes" to keep things as up-to-date as possible)

For Outlook Calendar Users

  1. Navigate to Home and choose to Open Calendar

  2. Choose the From Internet option

  3. Paste your unique Calendar URL and click OK

You're all set!  🎉
