Once you've created an account on Muzeek, navigating around your calendar is super easy.
Let's take a look at the basics:
Adding a Booking
Anywhere you see the Quick Action "+" icon, you can click it to create a new Event, Booking, or Contact:
β
A Booking is the private arrangement and offer that is assigned to an Event. Every booking must have an Event it's assigned to, although you can have an Event without any bookings inside of them.
β
You can many bookings inside of an Event if you'd like, and they are each unique to their own arrangement and offer - such as deal terms, set times, contracts and more.
You can also click the menu item within each Calendar date, which includes additional Calendar-specific actions:
β
Adding Notes
If you'd like to add a quick note to a specific date, click the Notes item on any of the Calendar Dates:
Availabilities
You can also close or open dates (and specific times within dates) using the Availability item in the menu. "Closing" a date means others will not be able to send incoming requests to you for that specific date using your public profile or external book buttons. If a date is "Open," that date will be available for others to send you incoming requests or inquiries.
β
You can also block out certain times within a date, and your Confirmed bookings will automatically block out the times of that date so you're never double booked:
Quick View Bookings or Events
To quickly view Event information, simply click on the Event Title inside any Calendar square and a quick menu will appear to Edit, Delete, Duplicate or add Bookings to an Event:
Filtering, Sharing, Syncing and Importing
The color dots at the top help you filter your bookings: easily toggle Draft bookings, Holds, Pending bookings, Confirmed bookings and Cancelled bookings.
Using the "more" menu icon, you can also share your Calendar/Profile with a (private or public) link, Import your existing Events, and Sync your Muzeek Calendar back out to your personal iCal, Google or Outlook Calendars:
